Mr. J.K Ofori Agyemang holds an International Executive Master of Business Administration (IEMBA) in Banking and Finance from the Paris Graduate school of Management; France. He had his secondary School education at the Opoku Ware School in Kumasi and continued to the university of Ghana Business School, Legon, for his first degree in business administration (Bsc. Administration).
Mr. Ofori Agyemang has a vast working experience, spanning 27 years, in the areas of Banking and finance. He had worked with the state insurance corporation of Ghana (SIC) and for 14 years he was with the former Ghana Cooperative Bank limited, where he rose to be a branch Manager. He had also worked with the Bank of Ghana (Banking Supervision Department) as a Bank Supervisor/Examiner. Mr. Ofori-Agyemang was the chief executive officer (CEO) of the Adansi Rural Bank Limited from 2009 to 2013.
Currently, he is serving on the boards of the Ahafo Ano Premier Rural Bank Limited, Dl-Aid organization (NGO) and Integrity Fund Management Limited.
Ofori – Agyemang has attended various conferences and workshops in banking which were organized by the banking supervision department of the bank of Ghana, National banking college in Ghana, the Bank of Ghana training school, the chase Manhattan bank, New York, USA and the Mellon Bank, Philadelphia, USA.
