Mr J.K Ofori Agyemang holds an International Executive Master of Business Administration (IEMBA) in Banking and Finance from the Paris Graduate School of Management; France. He had his secondary school education at the Opoku Ware School in Kumasi and continued to the University of Ghana Business School, Legon, for his first degree in business administration (Bsc. Administration).

A Banker and Chartered Administrator whose career accomplishments include high-ranking positions in Ghana Commercial Bank, Kwahu Rural Bank, Ghana Co-operative Bank, Atwima Kwanwoma Rural Bank and National Trust Holding Company.

Sylvester is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Integrity Fund Management. He has about 2 decades of academic and practical training in Finance and Investment. He holds Chartered Financial Manager’s certification (CFM) and Chartered Investment Analyst (CIA) all from The Chartered Institute of Professional Financial Manager’s -USA, a Fellow of Institute of Professional Financial Manager’s-UK, a Fellow of Institute of Management Specialist-UK. Sylvester is an experience Investment Banker with expertise in Investment Analysis, Portfolio Management, Corporate Finance and Asset Valuation.
